This beat board is inspired by a segment of Barbara Brandon-Croft's life under the supervision of Professor Darnel Degand from the University of California, Davis. Barbara is an African American female cartoonist best known for creating a comic called "Where I'm Coming From" and for being the first nationally syndicated African-American female cartoonist.

 

About: Barbara is forced to fight her school's scariest and toughest bullies with her friends. Although her friends promised to fight the bullies together, she was left alone to fend for herself. Find out what happens when she encounters the bullies!
